Avon Quiltery

Our goal is to provide service to local quilters with supplies, classes and expertise to assist them in all of their endeavors as quilters.

Currently we are committed to a cause called "Girls Helping Girls" and serve as the pick up and drop off point of girl's dresses made for charity and distributed all over the world. In the year 2008 our customers made around 500 dresses and in 2009 747 dresses were made and distributed. Our goal for 2010 is to reach 900 dresses.

Another important issue is to provide an atmosphere of learning and connections for all things related to sewing in general. 

At Avon Quiltery it's all about color

We specialize in clear bright colors for traditional and contemporary quilters.

Currently have a new Art Quilt Group that meets once a month to explore quilting arts.

Store is stocked for the quilter, and also have hand-dyed rayons and linings for the occasional sewer/quilter category.

Offer a full line of Bernina and Janome Sewing,Embroidery machines and sergers, plus software.  Embroidery Take-out allows us to burn embroidery designs for any format to be used on any embroidery machine.  Classes provided for new machine purchase.

We service all brands of sewing machines and the average turnaround time for repair is two weeks.
